Some wedding days you look forward to for a long time, and Emily and Caden’s day at Crimson Lane was one of those for me! I had been so excited to finally photograph at this beautiful Ada, Ohio venue, and getting to do it alongside such a kind, joyful couple made it even better!

To say it was hot would be an understatement. August in Ohio showed up in full force, bringing intense heat and bright sun—but honestly, it didn’t take away from the day at all. If anything, it made everything feel even more laid-back, go-with-the-flow energy all day.

Their colors were absolutely stunning and so perfect for summer! Tones of blue green and mauve added just the right amount of color against the venue’s bright white backdrop.

There were so many little touches that made their wedding feel uniquely them. Their husky, Kahlua, walking down the aisle, to tiny details of custom macarons featuring their pups, which was so such fun to see!

Emily and Caden created such a meaningful, joy-filled day, and I feel so lucky to have been the one to document it. Between the stunning details, the love they share, and the unforgettable moments, it’s a day that will definitely stick with me!

I’m already looking forward to the next time I get to be back at Crimson Lane!
