Throwing it back to this sweet family session from last May! The Lauer Historical Farm in Lima, Ohio was such a timeless perfect spot for session! Charming barns, rustic fences, and open fields, created the perfect backdrop for capturing this beautiful family moments.
We began the afternoon with the family exploring the farm together. Little miss Marren was full of energy, running through the grassy paths and soaking in every new sight! Sessions like this are my favorite because the moments unfold naturally — the giggles, the hugs, and the quiet in-between interactions. But the sweetest part of the session was saved for the end.
As we wrapped up, mom and dad brought out a tiny shirt that said “Big Sister.” Which is such a n adorable way to announce the new family member on the way! To finish the session, we brought out a cake smash, and she fully embraced the moment. Frosting-covered fingers made for the perfect ending!
